The Rise and Fall of Freedom

[Italicized text from the book Making sense of America’s newest Guild…Again]

“As I heard one person state it: there is the thesis, antithesis, and the synthesis. The thesis is, as they called it, ‘what/how it is now’; the antithesis is ‘what they (someone or something else) want it to be’; and the synthesis is ‘the change’.”

An example would be: there were certain self-evident truths that were a part of the founding of the United States of America in the latter half of the 1700’s. Some of those being the right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness (not equal outcome, but pursuit—opportunity). All were God-given, though. These were the values and ideals set forth for this new nation. These were, you could say, the “thesis” of America’s foundation.

Then there was the divide, which always existed but became more prominent throughout the middle part to the latter half of the 1900’s. Through this infiltration of contradictory philosophical and political ideas, the “antithesis” was established: the socialist, communist, DEI philosophy and teachings over Liberty, individual freedom, and content of character, and ideas from historical revisionism about an inherently racist and bigoted foundation of supremacy, began to take leadership roles and slowly, over time, change the “thesis” that created the most blessed, prosperous, and free country into, potentially, another version of Orwellian dystopia.

“Then the process begins again: the ‘new normal’ is now the thesis, there is another small compromise with the antithesis, which is now another synthesis, and, again, the soon to be accepted as ‘new normal.’ Then the process repeats, again.”

Little by little—death by a thousand cuts—the thesis and God-given rights were and are eroded like the metaphor of the boiling frog syndrome, until the “synthesis” is accepted as the “new normal” (the "thesis,” which has been slowly changed by the “antithesis”) and the people accept it as the original "thesis." The fundamental change that some have sought and are still seeking is the synthesis that has but dismantled and erased most of the original thesis from people’s minds, history books, and national teaching.

Laws change, God is removed, thus nullifying any God-given rights such as the rights to Life, Liberty, or pursuit of Happiness, government expands in power and control; a lineage dynasty of elitism is created to keep power and wealth and control; and the people are no longer truly free but only free to do and act and speak and behave and believe as told.

“Soon, people do not even remember or know what the established thesis was nor do they seem to care, so long as they are conformable with the ‘new normal.’”

“Do these enough times (thesis compromising with antithesis producing synthesis) through enough generations and the antithesis is now fully the thesis and what was once the thesis is buried six-feet under.”

The death of a nation.

Conspiracy!!!!

You are a conspiracy theorist!!! Spreader of misinformation and disinformation!!!

Never happened!

Well, “as some would say, this is a proven method. It can be a slow erosion. I think this helps some in explaining the fall of Rome—through the generations it synthesized from a flourishing economy and somewhat liberty embracing and freedom-loving Republican form of government to a Democracy where the majority ruled and individual freedoms and liberties were truly eroding without notice to so many of its citizens to an Oligarchy where freedom and liberty were outright restricted by oppressive and tyrannical Caesars (the government was now controlling the people’s very lives).”
